The team will be on site from 1pm - 3pm

Aimed at children aged between 5-11.
The first event is based around slime!

Baby & Toddler Pre-Loved Sale
Our pre-loved children’s & toddler sale with The Nest is back this April! Following on from the success in 2024, The Nest will be running another tabletop market for children’s toys, books and clothing.
Running on Sunday 13th April from 9:30am - 11:30am.
Free to enter!

Holmfirth Festival of Folk!
Join us for one of the biggest town events of the year… We’ll have a full cask bar in the upstairs of O’Briens, as well as incredible food, our usual bar + craft beers, wine, cocktails and more.

Introducing our first plant swap 🌱

THIS IS AN ADVANCE NOTICE TO PLANT THOSE SEEDS AND TAKE THOSE CUTTINGS!
The event will be held at Coopers Yard on May 18th from 11am - 2pm.
All plants welcome - indoor and out!
This is a not for profit event, with any money made going to charity.
Pop in on the day with tables set up inside and out for your plants to be donated or for you to shop. Brunch will be available as will coffee on the day so it’s sure to be a lovely morning… let’s pray for sunshine!

Springtime Rave with Boomchikkaboom
Our family raves are back with Leeds-based Boomchikkaboom!
The first in the series is our Springtime rave kicking off on Wednesday May 28th.
Expect lots of glitter, balloons, sparkles, music, bubbles, snow, parachutes and more!

Happy Mothers Day! To celebrate we are offering NO CORKAGE all day Mothering Sunday at O’Briens on all Fanny Wines. The best natural wine in the Holmfirth area.
Fanny Fridays: Mothers Day Tasting
A special wine tasting for Mothers Day with Fanny!
Situated in the upstairs of O’Briens, treat yo momma to some lovely natural wines!
Celebrating female winemakers, we’re tasting x4 different natural wines with nibbles. Fanny will talk you through each wine, the maker, the process and grapes used, as well as what makes natural wine so different, why they’re so good and why you should switch to drinking them.
Forms will be available on the night to order additional bottles to take home too, with discounts should you build up a case.
This is a really amazing night out and a chance to learn more about wine and meet like minded people. If your mum is into wine this is the perfect gift!

Plant Pot Painting with Esk Haus
Coopers Yard x Studio Esk Haus, plant pot painting workshop on March 27th (7pm - 9pm)
We’re so excited to welcome artist Amy to the yard, who will be teaching you how to paint a pot in her signature style and take home a plant to fit in it too!
You'll be guided through a design to hand paint a plant pot using a combination of brushes and stencils. Designs have been prepared for you to follow but all creative ideas are celebrated so go wild with your own creativity to create the pot you want!!
Don't worry if you're a complete beginner. The purpose is to relax and do something mindfully.. no pressure! Being creative is for everyone :)
Included in the price is all the materials and equipment you will need as well as a saucer and small plant to fit your finished pot.

Clay & Create - Celebrating Women Edition!
Create and Sip are back at Coopers Yard on Thursday 13th March from 7pm - 9pm to celebrate all things women! In honour of International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day in March, Create & Sip are pleased to announce their first ever dry clay session celebrating all things women.
Grab a drink, bring your friends and come and create pieces inspired by the wonder that is the female form.

Fair & Funky are back with their SCRAPtastic craft morning on Thursday 20th February. From 11am - 1pm this time around they focus on yoghurt pot butterflies and bees! Create & Sip Presents Clay & Create
After our Thurs evening slot sold out within days of being announced, we’re welcoming back Create & Sip for a morning of creativity where you’ll sip your favourite drinks while learning to craft unique air dry pieces. Perfect for all skill levels!
